Order cancellation
To cancel an order, simply call our customer service at +91-9019-299-299 (9AM - 8PM, Mon - Sat). In case, the order has already been shipped, please inform customer service and do not accept the shipment. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is shipped out.
Returns policy
UrbanTouch.com follows a transparent, no questions asked returns policy. You can return unused products you have ordered within 14 days of the date of receipt. Used products cannot be returned.
Special Instructions for Brassiere, Camisole & Slips – Products should not have been washed and should have all the tags attached to the product.
Special Instructions for Briefs – Given the hygiene standards related to briefs, it is not possible for us accept returns on briefs, shapewear of lingerie sets that include briefs
Special Instructions for Watches
At UrbanTouch, we follow a 14 days no –questions-asked return policy for unused watches. However, to qualify for return, the watch must be unworn and in brand new condition. The original sealed box, instruction papers, price tag, warranty and other accessories, if any, must not be tampered with or removed. Please do not remove the protective layer on the casing. Scratched Products will not be taken back. When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its original condition. Once satisfied with the quality of returned watch, we will issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange, as per your request.
Special Instructions for Jewellery – The packaging and tag should be returned with the product.
Special Instructions for Bags
We follow a 14 day no questions asked return policy for unused bags. However, to qualify for return, the bag must be unwashed, unused, and in brand new condition. It must not contain stains or be damaged. It should be returned with the tags, warranty cards, infomation booklets & other accessories if any. When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its original condition and then issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange, as per your request.

How do I return unused goods?
To return unused goods, please get in touch with our customer service team and we will guide you through the Return process. The process will depend on your location and the category of the goods you wish to return.
Refund policy
Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which UrbanTouch receives returned goods. A refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account or sent to you through courier in case of Cash on Delivery orders. The cheque will be made in favour of the “Billing Name” you used when placing the order. In case of prepaid orders through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the bank account from which it was paid.
