1. Can I change the contact information provided at the time of registration?
You can change your contact information from the My Account section (located at the top-right corner) at www.urbantouch.com, once you are signed in.
2. How do I view my previous orders?
You can view your previous orders from the Order History link (located at the top-right corner) once you sign in to your account.
3. How do I place an order with UrbanTouch?
You can start shopping by visiting at http://www.urbantouch.com, search for the products you desire. Click on ‘View Details’ underneath your choice of product in the search results page. This will take you to the product detail page, from where you can add the required number of items of the product to your checkout cart using the ‘ADD TO CART’ button.
4. Are the prices displayed on the website inclusive of Tax?
The prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT.
5. What is the shipping cost to be paid?
We offer free shipping on all orders of Rs. 300 or more. Shipping charges of Rs. 30 will apply to orders below Rs. 300.
6. What are the payment options available?
We accept the payment through modes such as Net Banking, all major Credit Card, Debit Card and Cash on Delivery.
7. What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is a mode of payment under which you pay for the goods at the time of delivery by cash.
8. Do I need to pay anything extra to use Cash on Delivery service?
No. Currently there are no extra charges for Cash on Delivery.
9. How will I know about my order confirmation?
On confirmation of your order, a notification will be sent to your email along with the order reference number.
10. How can I track the Status of my order?
You can track the status of your order from the My Account section (located at the top-right corner of the home page) at www.urbantouch.com or you can simply call our customer service at +91-9019-299-299 (9AM - 8PM, Mon - Sat)
11. How will I know when is my order shipped?
Information regarding the order, along with courier details will be sent to your registered mobile and email.
12. Are cheques and drafts accepted for Cash on Delivery option?
On delivery of goods you have ordered you shall be required to pay cash, we do not accept payment through cheque or demand draft.
13. Can I open the package at the time of delivery and select products I want while making the payment to courier service for Cash on Delivery orders?
No. You cannot open the package or select products at the time of delivery while making the payment to courier service personnel. Please contact us at WeCare@UrbanTouch.com, should you face any issues with your order. Courier service personnel will not be able to help you with the same.
